Laura Dinsmore, MS,
MA, CHC
Founder, CEO and President
Laura is the Founder and CEO of Quadrant Health Strategies, Inc. Incorporated in 1997, Quadrant reflects Laura’s 30 years of experience as an Occupational and Environmental Medicine (OEM) / wellbeing consultant, healthcare provider and executive. Quadrant provides corporate employee health and wellbeing services; OEM medical directorships; and research donor programs for hundreds of clients, including ten of the Fortune 100. In addition, Laura is a Founding Member and Board Member of Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W), a nonprofit organization focused on empowering more healthy female leadership for a more sustainable world. Laura loves dancing and the word “jocularity.”
Britt Hunter Hatfield, MD, MBA, MPH, FACOEM
Chief Medical Officer
A Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Dr. Hatfield has 15+ years experience practicing occupational medicine and directing medical centers. He is a Medical Review Officer (MRO) and certified FMCSA Examiner. He holds graduate degrees from Harvard, Columbia, and the University of Tennessee. Britt loves skiing and swimming when he’s not doctoring.
Nancy Board, MSW
Senior Vice President, Global Operations
Nancy Board is a seasoned global occupational health professional, thought leader, international speaker, and business operations executive. Nancy spent 10 years working in the Asia Pacific region; building relationships and developing professional healthcare networks in over 15 countries. Nancy was an ex-pat living in Australia for three years managing healthcare, wellness and EAP benefits for Optum Health and later for JPMorgan, APAC. Co-founder of Global Women 4 Wellbeing, Nancy is passionate about gender equity and building inclusive, respectful workplaces for women to thrive. Nancy received her master’s degree in Social Work/Behavioral Medicine from Washington University and certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources. Nancy’s most treasured keepsake is her passport.
Dr. Tooru Tsunoda, MD, Ph.D.
Chief Medical Director, Quadrant Japan
Dr. Tooru Tsunoda is an expert in Occupational Medicine, and serves as Quadrant Japan’s Chief Medical Director. Dr. Tsunoda received his M.D. and Ph.D. from Keio University School of Medicine in Tokyo. He holds a position as Occupational Physician at Asia University, and serves as a distinguished Professor Emeritus at Kyorin University. Dr. Tsunoda also serves as Vice Chair for the Japan Society for Occupational Mental Health and Vice Chair for Japan’s Association of Stress Science, and is the Managing Director for the Industrial Safety Association for Forestry and Wood Manufacturing.
Dr. Tsunoda is one of Japan’s leading experts in occupational medicine, but his childhood dream was to become a professional Shogi (Japanese chess) player!
Kaoru Ichikawa, Ph.D.
Vice President, Quadrant Japan
Dr. Kaoru Ishikawa, a global leader in occupational health, behavioral health and medicine is a psychologist based in Tokyo and Los Angeles, and serves as Vice President of Quadrant Japan. With over 25 years of experience in workplace health and wellbeing, Dr. Ichikawa leads our national team in workplace occupational excellence. With a Ph.D. in Preventative Medicine and MSW in Social Work, she is also a Board member with the Japan Association of Job Stress Research, a Councilor with the Japan Association of Stress Science, a Delegate for the Japan Society for Occupational Mental Health and Adjunct lecturer at the University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Kyorin University and Kyoto Bunkyo University in Japan.
Kaoru grew up in the foothills of Mt Fuji and enjoys running and spending time with her teenage sons in both Japan and the U.S.
Carol Lachance
VP, Quadrant Operations
An ASCP-certified phlebotomist, with an extensive background in Electronics Technology, Carol has more than 10 years experience directing Quadrant’s research donor programs globally in addition to managing donor programs onsite at client companies. She admits that she encourages her grandchildren to jump on the bed!
Linda A. MacDonald, MBA
Controller and Finance Manager
Linda has joined our team as the Controller and Finance Manager with strong financial planning and analysis experience, business acumen and strategic planning. Her leadership skills and relentless pursuit to motive others in the workplace are what make Linda a valuable asset to the occupational medicine and wellness industry. Linda loves shopping, fashion and mani/pedi’s.
Mary Riley, PT
VP, Ergonomic Program Management
A licensed physical therapist with 30+ years experience, Ms. Riley has consulted with more than 150 organizations in every industrial sector. Possessing a well-deserved reputation as a master trainer, she specializes in Injury Prevention Programs (worksite job analysis, workstation assessments, ergonomic training) and Treatment Services, Mary is a dedicated Penguin (a ski club).
Holly Dinsmore, MSM
VP, Business Development
Holly has extensive leadership experience, overseeing the development, implementation and support of clinical software systems, including EMR, Physicians Order Entry and Occupational Health. Holly’s responsibilities range from corporate IT development to operations management of our Beverly flagship site. She is also a beach bonfire specialist.
David Frances, PhD
VP, Training & Development
For 32 years prior to joining Quadrant, Dr. Frances was CEO of a major EAP firm. A clinical psychologist, he has provided training, consulting, and executive coaching services for hundreds of organizations nationwide. His book, This is a Safety Moment, helps employees give feedback respectfully to co-workers who behave unsafely. David is also a parallel parking expert.
Diane Talbot
Director, Client Services
Diane Talbot has nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in Occupational & Environmental Health & Safety. Her role includes client services, sales, marketing, consulting with the business community, assisting with implementation of occupational health programs, and on-going client relations. Diane likes chocolate chips in almost everything.
Michael Uva
Director, Atlantic Region Research Donor Program
With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Michael has worked with hospitals, doctors, and pharmaceutical companies in both clinical and administrative settings. An experienced phlebotomist, he is responsible for managing the research donor programs at Quadrant’s mid-Atlantic locations. Michael owns three fanny packs and is not afraid to use them.
Michele Sherman
VP, Research Donor Program
Michele is a licensed phlebotomist with more than ten years experience managing projects and delivering medical services at major pharmaceutical companies. She possesses a key role in developing new RDP projects for international clients. Michele is a proud member of Red Sox Nation.
Sarah A. Wonson, CMA, BSM
Manager, Medical Records
Sarah has been with Quadrant since 2009, initially as a Certified Medical Assistant. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management she was promoted to her current position where she is responsible for managing all medical records and for communicating medical results to client companies. She enjoys cruises and playing with her adorable cat, Lola.
